Maggie Almonte
Real Estate Department Manager
Maggie Almonte has been a part of the legal real estate industry for over 30 years.
Joining the team in 2017, Maggie leads the firm’s real estate department. Maggie oversees communication between buyers, sellers, and brokers, and additionally manages the administrative aspects of the transactions by opening files, reviewing title commitments, conducting lien searches, assisting in the preparation of closing documents, and attending closings with the attorneys.
Before joining Mendez & Mendez, Maggie’s experience included co-launching a title company and working for a real estate firm. These skills helped solidify her passion for real estate and the law.
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and playing dominos with friends. She has been married to her husband for over 20 years and is a proud mother of a classical pianist.
